Forms, contracts, and addenda
TAR has compiled a large library of forms, contracts, and addenda specific to Texas real estate transactions. Members can download and use ZipForm contract management software, access and print blank TAR forms, find Spanish translations of forms, and more.

Legal hotline—800/873-9155
TAR now enables designated REALTORS® to choose how many agents (including all) who can access the legal hotline. Previously, only two people per firm could call the TAR Legal Hotline and speak with an attorney about everything from real estate agency law and contracts to fair housing and advertising.

Texas REALTOR Focus e-newsletter
This electronic supplement to Texas REALTOR magazine includes technology tips, member questions from the TAR Legal Hotline, short how-tos, and other items you can use in everyday business. Texas REALTOR Focus is also available through the members-only TAR Web site.

Web sites
The TAR member Web site at www.texasrealtors.com features marketing materials, legislative task force reports, and a searchable database of more than 600 MCE courses, including statewide GRI schedule. Members can also download the latest forms (and, now, Spanish translations of them) for free. The award-winning consumer site at www.texasrealestate.com offers tips on buying and selling real estate, explains how REALTORS® protect the rights of property owners, and gives the public a powerful new search for Texas REALTORS®.
