About Border CIE

Border CIE (Commercial Information Exchange) is a group dedicated to commercial real estate information. Border CIE meets every Thursday from 8:30am-10:00am at the Greater El Paso Association of REALTORS® building. The Border CIE Membership is a month to month contract but billed quarterly.

Border CIE Memberships

There are 3 types of Border CIE Memberships:

$30 Monthly Membership with No Border CIE Platform Access

Includes: Participation in weekly meetings consisting of speaker presentations, networking, Haves and Wants, and you will be included in the weekly email distributions.

Fees: $30 one- time processing Fee and $30 Monthly Fee

 

$30 Monthly Membership Application

$60 Monthly Membership with Access to Border CIE Platform

Includes: Participation in weekly meetings consisting of speaker presentations, networking, Haves and Wants, and you will be included in the weekly email distributions. Access to platform, support and training. (www.bordercie.com)
Fees: $75 one-time Processing Fee and $60 Monthly Fee
*Broker signature required to join this membership

$60 Monthly Membership Application

Border CIE Affiliate Membership

Includes: Participation in weekly meetings consisting of speaker presentations, networking, Haves and Wants, and you will be included in the weekly email distributions. 
Fees: $300 Annual Fee
*Must be an Established/ACTIVE GEPAR Affiliate Member to join this membership

Billing Information

Border CIE will create invoices to be paid at www.elpasotx.com

Border CIE charges a Quarterly Membership Fee and payment must be received on the last day of each consecutive calendar quarter until Subscription Agreement has been terminated.
