GEPAR MLS Data Access Guide
Members of the GEPAR MLS can use MLS data on their personal websites or as part of back office tools. While data feeds themselves are highly technical when working with a developer members only have to approve the data feed for their preferred vendor.
All data feeds are subject to the [GEPAR MLS Rules and Regulations].
Working with a Developer
When working with a developer to create the website the developer will apply for the datafeed on behalf of the MLS member. When the developer applies they will provide the member's login id in the form of gep.*********
How To Apply
Developers who want to apply for a data feed from the MLS can do so by using the [Spark Datamart]. After registering as a developer you will be able to view different data feeds and choose from these data feeds based on what your use case is. It's important to read the description of the data feeds carefully as the data feed chosen will determine how the data can be used and displayed.
