This committee creates programs and activities that are mutually beneficial to Realtors® and Affiliate Committee members.
Ambassador Series Committee
This committee provides members with free educational opportunities in the form of engaging and high quality speakers that cover topics that directly impact REALTORS®.
Budget & Finance Committee
This committee oversees the treasury of the organization, as well as its financial instruments, budgets, controls, and reports.
Community Investment Committee
This committee focuses on developing member-involved community service projects like fundraising efforts, service days, drives etc.
This committee plans and promotes a number of educational programs for the membership, offers courses, professional designations, and several seminars during the year. Education Day and the REALTOR® Convention are the two major fundraising events that fall under this committee.
Equal Opportunity Committee
This committee is responsible for creating education awareness programs, communication of changes in the Fair Housing laws and assistance in the implementation of Fair Housing procedures.
The mission of the International and Global Programs Committee is to provide a foundation and the ability for the members of the Greater El Paso Association of REALTORSⓇ to engage within the international real estate market and recognize untapped opportunities of foreign investment.
Governmental Affairs Committee
This committee identifies, analyzes, communicates and acts on local, state and national issues that affect the real estate industry and private property owners.
Professional Standards Committee*
Review and determine if ethics complaints or arbitration requests warrant a hearing, conduct hearings and make decisions on matters involving ethics or arbitration.
Leasing & Property Management Committee
This committee monitors trends and offers education to members regarding leases, safety and security, marketing, maintenance, and risk management.
This committee is responsible for creating informational programs and services that will advance the relationship between the real estate industry and the building industry.
This committee educates the members and community on the importance of protecting private property rights. With the assistance of staff, the committee plans profitable events to further the goals of TREPAC to support political candidates and protect private property rights.
Young Professionals Network (YPN) strives to encourage, promote, and inspire REALTORS® and affiliates through education and networking and to provide a gateway for future leadership at the local, state, and national level.
